Как правильно выбрать цвет для детской комнаты

Как известно, цвет оказывает на человека и психологическое, и физиологическое воздействие

Психологический эффект связан со свойством человеческого мозга воспринимать зрительную информацию и реагировать на нее определенным образом. Физиологически цвет влияет на человека, заставляя изменяться его пульс, давление, дыхательные процессы. Разумеется, планируя интерьер комнаты ребенка, следует четко определиться с выбором цветовой гаммы - в этом вам поможет наша статья.

Характер воздействия цвета напрямую зависит от его интенсивности. Насыщенные тона (красный, фиолетовый, синий и т.д.) вызывают зрительное напряжение, способствуя развитию усталости, головной боли, повышенной утомляемости. Поэтому для покрытия больших площадей (стены, потолок)  нужно выбирать их оттенки, а основной цвет использовать локально - в аксессуарах.

Чтобы сделать правильный выбор цвета, нужно учесть одновременно три основных фактора: возраст ребенка, его характер и индивидуальные цветовые предпочтения. Психологи отмечают, что в возрасте 5-9 лет красный (у девочек - розовый) - самый любимый у детей цвет. От 9 до 11 предпочтение отдается оранжевому, желтому и зеленому, а по мере развития абстрактного мышления к 12 годам дети все чаще выбирают в качестве любимого синий цвет. Если мы обратимся к психологическим свойствам цветов, такой выбор будет понятен.

Красный цвет оказывает на человека активное возбуждающее действие. Стимулируя нервную систему ребенка, он способствует его росту и развитию. Однако с красным нужно всегда быть настороже. Если ваш ребенок слишком подвижен и легко возбудим, красный сделает его неуправляемым. И напротив, если ребенок слишком тихий и трудно идет на контакт, можно ввести в цветовую гамму детской локальные пятна красного цвета (подушка, постер, несколько игрушек), чтобы скорректировать его поведение. Обратите внимание, что в больших количествах или при длительном воздействии он, как и остальные насыщенные цвета, может привести к утомлению, снижению работоспособности, рассеиванию внимания.

Розовый, как мы помним из школьного курса рисования, это смесь красного цвета с белым. Нейтральный и спокойный белый уравновешивает активные свойства красного, и розовый цвет создает в детской легкое и жизнерадостное настроение.

Желтый стимулирует работу мозга, поэтому дети школьного возраста часто выбирают именно его. Он бодрит, создает положительный настрой и придает энергии.

Оранжевый, смесь желтого и красного, несет в себе свойства обоих цветов. Он вызывает радостные эмоции и ощущение тепла, но быстро утомляет, поэтому не стоит делать оранжевыми стены в комнате, достаточно штор или обивки мебели. Если у ребенка плохой аппетит, можно купить ему оранжевую тарелку, ведь этот цвет стимулирует пищеварение. Кроме того, оранжевый способствует творчеству.

Зеленый цвет символизирует природное начало, он одновременно бодрит  и успокаивает, приводя чувства в равновесие. Длительное воздействие цвета не утомляет и вызывает несильный, но стабильный подъем работоспособности. Благодаря этому свойству он помогает  ребенку учиться.

Синий - холодный и спокойный, под его влиянием активность жизненных процессов снижается. Это помогает ребенку сосредоточиться, способствует мыслительному процессу. Длительное воздействие интенсивного синего цвета может вызвать у ребенка слишком сильный эмоциональный спад и даже депрессию, поэтому в интерьере лучше использовать его разбелённый аналог - голубой цвет.

Голубой ассоциируется с цветом неба и воды, снимает напряжение, дает ощущение прохлады. Если ребенок возбудим и капризен, голубой может скорректировать его поведение, успокоив малыша. Неслучайно в голубом цвете часто решают интерьер спальни - он способствует сну.

Фиолетовый, будучи смешанным из теплого красного и холодного синего, довольно сложный для восприятия цвет. Люди реагируют на него по-разному. У одних он может вызвать депрессию, у других - активность. Помимо этого, он стимулирует сексуальное начало. Поэтому вряд ли стоит его использовать в детской.

Грамотное использование свойств цвета в интерьере поможет вам создать индивидуальную среду обитания для ребенка, которая будет соответствовать его характеру, корректировать поведение и способствовать его развитию.

И напоследок - небольшой совет. Прежде чем выбрать нужный цвет краски, купите небольшое количество приглянувшегося вам оттенка и покройте им небольшой участок стены. Понаблюдайте за тем, как он будет меняться в зависимости от освещения в течение дня. Если в комнате уже установлены осветительные приборы, обратите внимание, как их свет меняет цвет окрашенного участка. Если после этих испытаний выбранный оттенок вас не разочаровал, смело закрашивайте им всю стену.
