И если с эмоциональной составляющей мы уже разобрались, давайте обсудим «технические» моменты. А это значит, что мы должны учесть и продумать следующие составляющие:
- гости/участники
- место
- меню
- культурная программа (конкурсы, анимацию, игры и т.д.)
А теперь по порядку и подробно.
Гости/участники. Если мы горим об одном «хозяине» события, то нужно с ним заранее обсудить, кого он хочет пригласить на праздник. Самое трудное - убедить его не звать целый класс/группу. Тут уж вам придется постараться! Какое число гостей будет оптимальным, зависит и от возраста детей, и от места проведения праздника. С раннего возраста прививайте малышу хорошие манеры. Поэтому когда определитесь со списком гостей, сделайте всем приглашения, в которых помимо даты и времени праздника укажите свой адрес и телефон. Как правило, дошкольников приводит кто-то из родителей. Обговорите с ними, когда можно будет забрать малыша, обменяйтесь контактами.
Если мы говорим о массовом детском празднике, то нужно собрать малышей вместе, объявить им о предстоящем празднике, немного внести интриги. Скажите, что их ждут сюрпризы, и дети будут просто жить ожиданием праздника! Можно нарисовать для них красочное объявление-приглашение.
Место. Выбор места во многом зависит от времени года, погоды и ваших материальных возможностей. Это может быть квартира, дача, школьный двор, площадка сада, парк, лес, в крайнем случае, двор около дома. При этом нужно объединиться нескольким взрослым, чтобы уследить за всеми шустриками.
Меню. Что подать на стол в качестве угощения? Этот вопрос чуть ли не основной в преддверии праздника. Не надо копировать взрослый стол. Учтите тот факт, что дети постоянно находятся в движении, они не будут сидеть за столом и вести разговоры, как это делают взрослые. Значит и еда должна быть соответствующей, небольшие порции, и чтобы ее можно было есть из рук, а не и тарелок. Это могут быть тарталетки, корзинки с салатиками, бутерброды, пирожные, конфетки, пирожки, сыр, колбаска, овощи и фрукты, нарезанные кусочками. Все должно выглядеть красочно. Запасите много напитков: все дети - ужасные водохлебы!
Культурная программа. Перемежайте активные действия с приемами пищи. Итак, что мы можем организовать для детей:
- караоке
- эстафету
- викторину
- командные игры
- конкурсы
- миниконцерт
И какой же праздник без подарков? Продумайте, чтобы каждый из участников культурной программы получил свой приз, а может и несколько. Лучше с самого начала дать каждому ребенку по большому конверту, пакету и надписать их. Но помните, что дети - это дети. Им нужны такие же предметы что и у соседа. Продумайте как дети смогут получить примерно одинаковый набор подарков, чтобы избежать обиды и слез.
Конечно, на первый взгляд, организация такого праздника может показаться слишком сложной, но не забывайте, что вы делаете все это не только для своих детей. Вы это делаете и для себя, и для внуков. Вы формируете традиции и культуру празднования особых дат на несколько поколений!
