Самый простой способ - перевести ребенка в другую школу. Но в начале - если Вы точно уверены, что в неуспеваемости ребенка виноват его учитель - попробуйте предпринять меры:
1. Напишите письменное заявление в двух экземплярах на имя директора школы с требованием организовать образовательный процесс в соответствии со стандартами. В заявлении также укажите, что требуете также присутствия директора, завуча и учителя на родительском собрании класса, дату и время которого определите заранее. Вручите заявление секретарю под роспись и потребуйте письменный ответ.
2. От родительского комитета путем соответствующего заявления требуйте его созыв для обсуждения проблемы. Если не подействует - пишите жалобу на имя главы города.
3. Отбирать у детей мобильные телефоны или другие личные вещи против их воли учитель не имеет права, даже если это разрешено уставом школы. Учителю надо напомнить, что мобильный телефон - это частная собственность и за неправовые действия он может предстать перед судом.
4. В каждом детском учреждении на видном месте должны быть вывешены сведения о том, куда ребенок и его родители могут обратиться в случае нарушения прав ребенка. Кроме школьных участковых инспекторов, это может быть прокуратура, комиссия по делам несовершеннолетних, уполномоченные по правам ребенка. Помните: в соответствии со ст. 32 Закона «Об образовании» образовательное учреждение несет ответственность за жизнь и здоровье (физическое и психическое) обучающихся во время образовательного процесса.
