При этом нельзя отрицать и то, что профессиональные занятия спортом требуют больших жертв. Юным спортсменам придется отказаться от многого ради будущих побед: от свободного времени, отдыха, прогулок с друзьями, многих излюбленных детских лакомств. Профессиональный спорт, будь то спортивная гимнастика у девочек, хоккей или футбол у мальчиков, травматичен. Готовы ли вы идти к победам такой ценой? Или вы ставите иные задачи: укрепить здоровье девочки, приобрести координацию движений, гибкость, ловкость, волю к победе?

Спорт, к счастью, становится все более популярным. Трансляции соревнований, фото спортивной гимнастики, фигурного катания, синхронного плавания в журналах, громкие победы, строительство новых центров для занятий привлекают к занятиям спортом детей и молодежь. Выбором многих становятся "красивые виды", где требуется ловкость, изящество, красота и в то же время сила. Многие ли понимают, что за этой внешней легкостью стоит тяжелая ежедневная работа?

Спортивная гимнастика — вид спорта, где женщины выполняют упражнения на брусьях разной высоты, на бревне, соревнуются в опорных прыжках и вольных упражнениях. Начав заниматься в секции спортивной гимнастики, порадовавшись первым успехам, пережив первые неудачи, возникнет вопрос: стоит ли заниматься этим дальше, делать это смыслом жизни или нет? Или школа спортивной гимнастики и занятия спортом нужны только для здоровья? Вам придется обсуждать подобные вопросы, поэтому нужно понимать все положительные и отрицательные стороны занятий. Итак, что подарит вашей дочери школа спортивной гимнастики?

Спортивная гимнастика и здоровье девочек.

Пожалуй, спортивная гимнастика – вид спорта, ценность занятий которым вызывает наибольшее число споров и домыслов. Основное опасение касается отставания девочек-гимнасток в физическом и половом развитии. Есть мнение, что связано это с растущей сложностью программ и высокими нагрузками на организм. Усиленные физические нагрузки в секции спортивной гимнастики задерживают рост, нарушают у девочек менструальный цикл.

Спортивная гимнастика России имеет крупные победы и достижения и многие считают, что ради них тренеры не щадят детские организмы. Однако, исследования последних лет показывают, что это не так. Небольшой рост, коренастость и в то же время легкость, узкий таз, запоздалое половое созревание бывает не только у тех, чье призвание - спортивная гимнастика. В формировании телосложения важную роль играет наследственность и рост родителей.

Секции спортивной гимнастики ведут отбор девочек, которые могут в перспективе достигнуть больших успехов в этом виде спорта, а статистика показывает, что девочки именно такого типа телосложения оказываются способными к гимнастике. Так что школа спортивной гимнастики здесь не причем. И даже наоборот. Как правило, женщины с подобным типом телосложения, не занимающиеся спортом, обычно имеют проблемы в родах, часто рожают путем кесарева сечения, в то время как многие гимнастки рожают самостоятельно и имеют меньше родовых травм. Почему? Потому что занятия в секции спортивной гимнастики хорошо развивают все мышцы, в том числе и те, которые задействованы в родах.

Высокий темп тренировок, который предлагает школа спортивной гимнастики, благоприятно влияет на развитие сердечно-сосудистой системы.

Спортивная гимнастика поможет девочке стать здоровой, подтянутой красавицей с идеальной осанкой. Также спорт формирует важные качества характера, организованность и целеустремленность, дисциплинированность и цельность. А также учит общаться, быть лидером, действовать в команде.

Пора или подождать?

В больших городах создаются хорошие условия для занятий в секции спортивной гимнастики. Все знают, что все больше и больше спортивных сооружений вводит в эксплуатацию Москва. Спортивная гимнастика - популярный, востребованный вид спорта, поэтому выбор секций достаточно велик.

В каком возрасте стоит начинать занятия? Что по этому поводу думают врачи?

Несмотря на то, что можно найти секции спортивной гимнастики, берущие девочек и с 4-5 лет, федерация спортивной гимнастики рекомендует начинать подготовку в возрасте 6-7 лет. Именно в этом возрасте хорошо развивается гибкость, координация движений, скорость реакции. Немаловажное значение играют и такие качества как трудолюбие и сила воли, которые также проще формировать у детей более старшего возраста. Детские тренеры считают, что важными качествами для достижения спортивных успехов являются: воля к победе, целеустремленность и психологическая устойчивость к неудачам и травмам.

Известны случаи и когда дети, начинавшие заниматься спортом в возрасте 8 лет и старше, достигали успехов. Большую роль в этом играют физические данные и целеустремленность ребенка.

В таком большом городе как Москва, для девочек есть секции спортивной гимнастики разного уровня сложности, поэтому и будущие чемпионки, и идущие в спорт ради гибкости и здоровья - найдут секцию и тренера, который поможет максимально раскрыть потенциал.

Перспективы.

Если по тем или иным причинам вашей дочери не подошла спортивная гимнастика, стоит ли уходить из спорта вообще? Опытные тренеры считают, что нет. Польза спорта очевидна, и если не подошел один вид, стоит попробовать себя в другом. Например, близкий гимнастике вид спорта – акробатика, дети часто переходят от занятий гимнастикой в акробатику и наоборот. Можно попробовать себя в фигурном катании или синхронном плавании, познакомиться с легкой атлетикой, прыжками в воду.

Светлана Феофанова, чемпионка по прыжкам с шестом, пришла в этот вид спорта кандидатом в мастера спорта по спортивной гимнастике. Многие тренеры считают, что вообще все спортсмены должны проходить предварительную подготовку по спортивной гимнастике.

Так что занятия спортивной гимнастикой полезны девочкам во всех отношениях. Это и возможный старт в другие виды спорта, и "крепкий" волевой характер, и здоровье, и стройная красивая фигура и даже залог здоровья будущих детей. А, как известно, именно такие "сильные" девушки и достигают успеха в жизни.
