Родители, которые говорят, что отдают детей в секции гимнастики «для общего развития», всё же лукавят, все мы хотим видеть наших детей успешными и знаменитыми. Для общего развития хорошо бегать по утрам и плавать в ближайшем бассейне. А гимнастика – это тяжелый и опасный труд.
Краткий ликбез - в чём разница:
Гимнастика бывает спортивной и художественной. Есть еще много других эпитетов к слову «гимнастика», но это уже не спорт, а так, развлечения для тела. Так считает Международный Олимпийский комитет.
Художественной гимнастикой занимаются только женщины, спортивной – оба пола.
В художественной гимнастике шесть дисциплин: упражнения с мячом, булавой, скакалкой, лентой, обручем и без снаряда.
В спортивной гимнастике шесть дисциплин у мужчин (кольца, конь, опорный прыжок, перекладина, брусья, вольные упражнения) и четыре у женщин (бревно, опорный прыжок, разновысокие брусья, вольные).
Квалификационная система – 3, 2, 1 разряды, кандидат в мастера, мастер спорта, мастер спорта международного класса.
Художественная гимнастика – по своему опыту:
В художественную гимнастику целесообразно отдавать девочек 5–6 лет. Трехлетним малышкам еще очень сложно сосредоточиться, у них «короткое внимание», поэтому даже после года обучения прогресс очень невелик.
Поначалу дети занимаются по два раза в неделю, постепенно интенсивность увеличивается до шести раз. Если речь идет о высоких результатах (спецшколы, интернаты), то тренируются по два-три раза в день.
Стоимость обучения зависит от ряда параметров: самой школы, уровня мастерства спортсмена, наличия спонсоров, наличия льгот. Сначала оплата составляет в Новосибирске около 400рублей в месяц, потом растет, поскольку увеличивается количество занятий.
Но основные расходы – это вовсе не оплата занятий, а сопутствующие траты. Давайте посмотрим, что необходимо будущей звезде гимнастики.
*Тренировочная одежда. Для малышек – купальник (от 350 рублей в Старте на пр. Дзержинского), носочки и получешки ( от 170 рублей); для тех, кто постарше, – майка или купальник, спортивный костюм, шортики/комбинезоны (тут многообразие цен и фасоновJ), носки, тапочки (от 170 рублей и выше). Чем старше спортсменка, тем больше нужно одежды: она быстрее изнашивается, да и гардеробу уделяется все больше внимания.
* Предметы (скакалка (от 200), обруч, мяч (от 400), булавы (от 200), лента(от 250). «Взрослый» комплект стоит порядка 7000–10 000 рублей, детский – дешевле (цена зависти от качества – привела самые доступные цены – если интересно, могу поделиться опытом где доставали).
* Компакт-диски с музыкой для выступлений.
* Купальники для выступлений, на каждое выступление - новый. Каждый обойдется в 2000–13 000 рублей в зависимости от дизайна, сложности рисунка, материала. Но тут многие чтоб не разориться меняются, перепродают и шьют самостоятельно – вариантов много.
* Прочее: утяжелители, наколенники, рюкзаки, чехлы для предметов, сумки…
Что касается отбора, то это зависит от престижности школы. В обычные ДЮСШ берут практически всех. Такого строгого отбора, как был в СССР, уже практически не осталось – были бы деньги. Многие школы сейчас переходят на самообеспечение, поэтому цены на обучение становятся все выше. Строгий отбор существует лишь в центрах олимпийской подготовки и спецшколах, но и там значимость материальной составляющей постоянно растет.
Главные критерии при отборе – гибкость и… хорошая память. Запомнить последовательность разнородных элементов выступления очень непросто.
Спортивная гимнастика: естественный отбор
Спортивная гимнастика - менее популярный, но более понятный вид спорта. Гармония силы и ловкости – это действительно красиво. Мускулатуру спортивных гимнастов можно считать образцовой: никакой перекачки, все в меру, все функционально.
Заниматься может любой. Правда, статистика показывает, что чемпионами в основном становятся невысокие спортсмены – ладные коротышки: у них более выгодное отношение мускульной массы к общему весу тела.
Начинать заниматься спортивной гимнастикой можно довольно рано. Так, в спортшколу МГФСО «Динамо» (Москва) принимают уже в возрасте девяти месяцев! Нет, грудничков не ведут сразу на перекладину и брусья – их просто учат правильно двигаться, владеть своим телом. У нас в Новосибирске знаю, что с раннего возраста принимают в спортивную гимнастику по адресу Кропоткина 127(пристройка к жилому дому).
О реальных перспективах ребенка можно будет говорить только к десяти годам. К тому времени ваше чадо подойдет к уровню первого юношеского разряда. А разряд этот – пропуск в СДЮШОР, где занимаются уже на бесплатной основе.
Плюсы и минусы
«Художка» – более престижное, более дорогое и более опасное занятие, чем спортивная гимнастика. Опасное не с точки зрения травматизма – тут как раз наблюдается паритет. Просто у «художниц» гораздо больше соблазнов, особенно по достижении некоторой зрелости. Да и коррупция в этом спорте повыше. На детских соревнованиях часто все заранее знают, кто получит высшие баллы. Это уже норма, на которую просто не обращают внимания.
Дальнейший путь гимнастов, не ставших профессиональными спортсменами, разнообразен. Некоторые поступают в спортвузы, чтобы стать тренерами. «Художницы» порой находят себя в балете и других танцах – там ценится спортивная выучка и хорошая хореографическая подготовка. Яркие группы поддержки на матчах баскетбольных, футбольных, хоккейных команд – это тоже «художницы» из местных школ. «Спортсмены» иногда уходят в акробатику, выступают в цирках, становятся каскадерами.
