И если раньше он трех остановок не мог проехать на троллебуйсе, потому что сразу начинало тошнить, то теперь он закалил свой вестибулярный аппарат, и подобных проблем больше не возникало. . . Его имя - Евгений Плющенко (чемпион России, Европы, Мира, серебряный призёр Олимпийских игр). Он не единственный из известных фигуристов, которых родители привели на фигурное катание по причине слабого здоровья.
Возьмем на себя смелость утверждать, что фигурное катание - это лекарство от простуд, насморка, кашля, гриппа, это универсальное средство лечения заболеваний позвоночника в раннем возрасте, это благотворное воздействие на работу сердца, легких, печени, суставов . . . Перед другими видами спорта фигурное катание имеет ряд преимуществ. Основное из них заключается в том, что в этом виде спорта тело спортсмена совершает разнообразные движения, заставляющие активно работать практически все группы мышц. Комплекс упражнений построен таким образом, что при занятиях фигурным катанием не происходит быстрого утомления нервной системы, а значит и потери интереса к выполняемым упражнениям.
Фигурным катанием начинают заниматься обычно в дошкольном возрасте (с 4-5 лет). Родителей чаще всего интересует, как проходят первые занятия с какой интенсивностью и нагрузкой. Самое распространенное заблуждение, которое встречается у родителей, что фигурное катание - это тренировки только на ледовой площадке. Занятия этим видом спорта начинаются для будущих фигуристов с начального этапа обучения. Известно, что именно этот этап во многом является определяющим для дальнейшего спортивного совершенствования. Что же входит в понятие "начальное обучение"?
Основной формой учебно-спортивной работы на данном этапе являются групповые занятия в зале и на льду. Предледовая подготовка, как правило, длится от 15 дней до 1 месяца. Главная задача данного периода - это разносторонняя двигательная подготовка. При этом развиваются и совершенствуются такие физические качества как быстрота движений, сила, выносливость, ловкость, гибкость и подвижность в суставах, координация, укрепляется связочно-мышечный аппарат. Дети приобретают начальные навыки в выполнении широкого круга упражнений общего воздействия на организм, упражнений направленных на формирование правильной осанки, хореографии. Уже на данном этапе обучения у детей развивают легкость, красоту, изящество и выразительность движений. Эта задача решается путем включения в каждое занятие танцевальных упражнений. Основная цель этих упражнений, которые проводятся под музыкальное сопровождение, развитие у детей слуха, чувства ритма, умения изменять темп движений. Значительное место в начальном обучении отводится имитационным упражнениям. Имитация основных движений фигуриста в зале позволяет детям понять смысл и характер тех движений, которые затем предстоит освоить на льду. Нагрузка усиливается постепенно, от занятия к занятию, поэтому в программу начального обучения обязательно входят игровые упражнения и подвижные игры.
Важным моментом обучения на данном этапе является постоянный контроль за тренировочным процессом. Контроль проводиться тренером и предусматривает постоянную оценку состояния здоровья, телосложения, показателей физической подготовленности, уровня технического и исполнительского мастерства, спортивных результатов.
После прохождения периода предледовой подготовки, окончание которого определяется тренером, в занятия включают ледовые тренировки. Программа начального обучения предусматривает овладение юными фигуристами следующими элементами: скольжение вперед и назад по прямой, по дуге; толчки, остановки, дуги различной кривизны, перетяжки, тройки, шаги, спирали, простые прыжки и вращения. С первых же занятий на льду у фигуристов формируют эстетические качества, этому способствует исполнение элементов под счет, метроном, музыкальное сопровождение с четко выраженным ритмом, хореографические упражнения на льду.
