Ответить на него можно с точки зрения психологии и медицины. Сегодня на страницах интернет-портала “Детский спорт” на актуальную для мам и пап тему мы беседуем с заведующей детским отделением врачебно-физкультурного диспансера (г. Омск) Ларисой Беловой.
- Лариса Евгеньевна, на выставке “Спорт. Молодость. Здоровье”, прошедшей в Омске в преддверии ХХ Сибирского международного марафона, диспансер представил методику, помогающую определить, какой вид спорта подойдет ребенку. Расскажите о ней подробнее.
- На самом деле мы представили только некоторые наработки, назвать их методикой еще нельзя. Пока мы собираем материал, пытаемся привести его в систему. Речь идет о спортивной пригодности ребенка и критериях, по которым мы ее определяем. Из, предположим, шести критериев для нас, врачей, главным будет состояние здоровья ребенка. Все остальное – физические, координационные способности, конституция, психический склад, мотивация – прерогатива тренерского состава.
Методика базируется на том, что мы выясняем состояние здоровья ребенка путем изучения истории заболеваний, начиная с рождения. Чтобы дать рекомендации, нам нужно определить, какой запас здоровья у него есть, ведь не секрет, что профессиональный спорт расходует здоровье, а не преумножает его.
Здесь нельзя не сказать вот о чем. Наш диспансер ведет такую работу с детьми, которые уже прошли первоначальную спортивную подготовку, то есть с учащимися спортшкол. А функции первичного отбора лежат на участковых педиатрах и медработниках ДЮСШ. Как производится этот отбор? Зачастую формально – визуальный осмотр обычно заканчивается выдачей разрешающей справки. А по-хорошему, нужно провести функциональные пробы: посмотреть, как реагирует на стандартную нагрузку – 20-30 приседаний сердечно-сосудистая система, проверить зрение. Ведь если у ребенка слабое зрение – ему не рекомендуется заниматься хоккеем, футболом, боксом, то есть теми видами спорта, где могут быть удары в голову. А он, предположим, уже проходил на футбол три года, и тут мы говорим: «Тебе нельзя заниматься футболом. У тебя зрение слабое». Представьте, какая это трагедия для мальчишки, особенно если ему этот вид спорта нравится, если у него получается…Поэтому нужно очень серьезно подходить к выдаче справок, проводить перед тем хотя бы элементарное функциональное обследование.
Случается, что врач не рекомендует занятия тем же хоккеем, но ребенку очень хочется заниматься или родителям хочется увидеть своего ребенка на льду с клюшкой в руках и они забывают о главном – о здоровье будущего спортсмена. Начинают ходить, изыскивать способы как эту справку достать.
Уважаемые родители! Занятия в спортшколе предполагают увеличение нагрузок год от года, выдержит ли их ваше чадо?
Будет гораздо лучше, если вы усмирите свои амбиции, проявите мудрость. Нельзя заниматься хоккеем или футболом? Не беда! Зато можно плаванием или акробатикой. Настройте ребенка позитивно. Бывает случаи, что мы выявляем противопоказания, когда у спортсмена уже есть разряд. Естественно, мы не можем запретить ребенку заниматься спортом. В каждом отдельном случае вопрос решается индивидуально, совместно с родителями, тренерами. Тренеры на наши запреты реагируют по-разному, но мы стараемся найти консенсус, ведь, в конце концов, и для нас, и для них, и для родителей главное – здоровье ребенка.
- Как вы можете охарактеризовать состояние здоровья современных детей?
- Общее физическое состояние нынешних детей очень слабое – осанка и мышцы вялые, стопы “распластанные”. Мне кажется, это уже генетическая проблема. Слабое здоровье передается детям от родителей. Много попадается детей с дисплазией – болезнью соединительной ткани, вследствие которой она теряет прочность. Такие детки худенькие, длинненькие, узкогрудые, маловесные с гипергибкими суставами, которые можно закрутить буквально в разные стороны. Поэтому этих детей любят в художественной гимнастике. Чаще всего, молодой, неопытный тренер принимает за спортивные данные то, что на самом деле является заболеванием.
При интенсивных тренировках начинаются проблемы: небольшое нарушение осанки перерастает в сколиоз – деформируются неукрепленные мышцы, суставы, связки. Мы рекомендуем таким детям заняться не художественной, а спортивной акробатикой и гимнастикой. В этих видах спорта на первоначальном этапе большое внимание уделяется общей физической подготовке – укрепляется мышечный корсет, наращиваются, развивается мышечная масса, ребята закаляются физически. После такой подготовки, можно, в принципе, пойти в любой вид спорта.
- С какими проблемами вам, как врачу, довелось столкнуться в сфере детского спорта?
- Думаю, что ранняя специализация в спорте – одна из основных проблем. Например, в художественную гимнастику берут деток с пяти лет. Девочки начинают рано работать с предметами. Плюс требования изменились – в упражнениях появилось много статики. Это детям не идет на пользу – возникают проблемы со стопами, с позвоночником.
Ранняя специализация не нужна. Вначале должна идти общая физическая подготовка. И дать эту подготовку задача тренера. В детском спорте многое упирается в квалификацию тренера. В то, как он строит тренировки, в то, как относится к детям, в то, что для него важнее –
их здоровье или спортивные результаты.
Родителям бы я посоветовала не торопиться отдавать ребенка в спортшколу. Если известно, что занятия боксом рекомендованы детям с 11-12 лет, то не нужно ребенка отдавать в секцию в семь лет. До этого лучше заняться той самой общей физической подготовкой – больше двигаться, бегать, прыгать, плавать.
Другая проблема – медицинская. Часто у медицинских работников ДЮСШ нет той квалификации, которая, по идее должна бы быть. Да, они медики, но они закончили, скажем, санитарный факультет, а не факультет педиатрии. Это тоже влияет на качество отбора.
Следующая проблема связана с коммерциализацией детского спорта и детских клубов. Сейчас очень модны и востребованы восточные единоборства. Соответственно, в городе появилось большое количество клубов, где детям предлагают заняться ими за деньги. Сейчас от таких клубов, выезжающих на соревнования, требуют заявки и справки о состоянии здоровья воспитанников, причем не из коммерческой клиники или участкового врача, а от специалистов нашего диспансера.
Вот ребенок один раз пришел, мы его обследовали, дали свое заключение и все, больше мы его не видим. Занимается ли он дальше? Внял ли нашим рекомендациям и сменил вид спорта? Как меняется состояние его здоровья – мы не знаем. Со спортшколами проще – там мы проводим регулярные врачебно-педагогические наблюдения – вместе с тренером идем на тренировку и смотрим, как спортсмен справляется с нагрузкой.
- Скажите, родители Омска, желающие отдать ребенка в спортшколу, могут обратиться врачебно-физкультурный диспансер за консультацией специалиста, и пройти то самое элементарное функциональное обследование?
- Я надеюсь, смогут в скором времени. До недавних пор никто вообще не замечал, что в Омске есть такое учреждение как врачебно-физкультурный диспансер. Но после некоторых печальных событий (гибель молодого омского хоккеиста Алексея Черепанова – прим. авт.) на нас обратили внимание и даже начали потихоньку оснащать, а специалистов приглашать на семинары и выставки. Врачам вменили постоянное наблюдение за спортсменами на тренировках – на каждого нашего доктора теперь приходится по 800 спортсменов. Пока мы не можем консультировать население – элементарно нет лишних кабинетов. Но я надеюсь, что в скором будущем омичи смогут приводить к нам своих деток. На базе диспансера планируется открытие такого центра здоровья, где можно было бы пройти функциональное обследование, плюс получить консультацию по питанию бесплатно.
- Лариса Евгеньевна, пока такой центр здоровья не открыли, проконсультируйте, пожалуйста, наших родителей: с какими заболеваниями какие виды спорта не совместимы?
- Детям со слабым зрением не рекомендован хоккей, футбол, баскетбол, волейбол, а также ударные, контактные виды единоборств. Врач может что-то разрешить, а что-то категорически запретить в зависимости от степени миопии.
Ребенку с такими заболеваниями как хронический тонзиллит, синусит, гайморит, заболевания дыхательных путей противопоказаны ”холодные” виды спорта – лыжи, коньки, а также плавание.
Зато тем ребятам, у кого есть проблемы с позвоночником, наблюдается вялость мышц, плавание, наоборот, подойдет. Укрепить слабый мышечный корсет поможет также спортивная акробатика, гимнастика и аэробика. В эти же виды спорта я бы порекомендовала отдать деток, страдающих дисплазией.
Плавание принесет пользу детям с заболеваниями опорно-двигательного аппарата (подвывихи, «распластанная» стопа). А вот легкоатлетическими видами спорта им заниматься нельзя.
Детям с различной степенью искривления позвоночника я бы не советовала идти в те виды спорта, где при неправильных тренировках может произойти ассиметричное развитие мышц – это теннис, бадминтон. Кроме того, таким детям противопоказан велосипедный спорт.
Танцы – вот пожалуй, единственный вид занятий, где нет явных противопоказаний. Если ребенок еще мал, запишите его в школу танцев. Думаю, что ваше чадо получит отличную общую физическую подготовку, а попутно и хорошее музыкальное воспитание.
